After 2008, there's a 600,000 housing unit deficit. Also, an increase in corporate investors buying cash and waiving inspections.
The American dream will be rented not bought. You'll own nothing and be happy.

- SeanAnderson 3y agoDo you have a source for this? I don't really doubt you but it runs counter to what I thought was happening.
- asynchronous 3y agoI feel like only way to fix this is with government intervention, and I absolutely hate that idea.
- bombcar 3y agoYou could reduce immigration or the birth rate but there are exceptional problems with both.
