Start an EU Company with Your (Estonian) E- Residency Digital ID
- mytailorisrich 3y agoI see that they claim that registering a company in the UK takes "5-10 days". That's not the case. Online it takes a few hours, the same as Estonia advertises, but much cheaper, and there's no need to be physically present though a local legal address is required, again the same as Estonia advertises. I guess the key here is that Estonia is in the EU...
- dennisy 3y agoI think the tax rate is also benefit: > Corporate tax: 0% on reinvested profits, 14-20% on distributed profits.
- mytailorisrich 3y agoYeah... until last year the UK's rate was 19% but the government has increased it to 25% because the economy is doing so well... It's 12.5% in Ireland but I don't know the cost and admin burden for non-residents.
