This newspaper piece breaksdown the numbers and shows that it's not that abnormal and that 30% is the top range of an estimate.
Journalist and context at its best.
Sadly, most media don't care about that and most people don't read the articles and some that do still don't understand what is written and what is not.
Also, most media in Portugal is right-wing, from center-right to far-right. The owners profit with the misinformation.
