The summary seems fine as far as it goes. But I don't see any comment on the source of the moolah. From the point of view of someone who has never in their career gotten equity, options, RSUs, or whatever, all that free money is being expropriated from their IRA or 401k and therefore retirement. It's odd when you think about it - in Soviet America, poor capitalists get robbed by rich workers. What a country!
