This one is not horrible. I do ask most candidate to tell me about a time they made a mistake, or worked on a project that went really poorly. Not trying to humiliate them, just trying to see how they learnt from it or just how they speak about it in general.

- baobun 3y ago"Tell me about a bad mistake..." and "What is the worst mistake..." are very different questions. The latter only has one "correct" answer unless you have internalized manipulation and misdirection as normal.
