  Yes, I submitted the page because I thought it would give people a good laugh. But there's also something we can learn from this page: Specifically, what is a bad attitude to have towards change? What are the kinds of changes we need to anticipate? And even though it's okay to decide that we aren't going to support some new technology, how we deliver the message helps our credibility. (He claims to be a computer science.) If this guy was using a CMS, he probably wouldn't need to worry about supporting mobile browsers. I think if all he said was, "I like making my HTML by hand and I don't have time to rewrite it all," his tone wouldn't be as insulting.
