With AI attacking it on both fronts, by making GUIs at will and negating the need for them, it could easily go the other way to $0 in 3 years. We needed GUIs to feel like we could achieve anything if we just saw it done one time by someone else. Once we know what they can achieve and exactly what we want to achieve they become a feel-good feedback loop essentially capping user power at that level until an update occurs, which was a good thing, but perhaps there is a better thing.
