Would this really be considered greed ?
I think the survey mostly says that people think they will be able to afford food and shelter. I don’t think this is greed in the same sense.
Also the jump is big, but the actual value is pretty low considering historical values.
- tony_landis 3y agoThe principle at play may be not to trust the broad sentiment of the crowd as a reliable signal of where things are headed.
- great_psy 3y agoThe funny thing about humans is that sentiment very much affects where things are headed. People feel good about the future, they will buy that new TV or start that new business. And those actions will have very real consequences.
- mediumsmart 3y agoSo maybe someone could write an article about the consumer sentiment improving to trigger the improvement of consumer sentiment.
