I’m curious as to why Rabbit has an ‘all sales are final’ returns policy. It doesn’t imply confidence in the product.

    That has changed since the initial preorder. I assume they’ll honor it for people who ordered before the change, but it’s not clear they are under any obligation to. That said, it’s a good sign.
