I host my own email server, and I want to tell that with a static IP with reverse dns, spf, dkim and dmarc I had zero issue delivering mails. It might sound complicated, but it is not that hard.

True! Also you can pay 2 €/month to Hetzner/$webhosterofchoice and have them handle that for you... No need for Google after all is what I want to say.
