It’s hard to imagine an absence of resource anxiety in the land of the six figure mortgage payment. Must have been incredible. Resource anxiety is exactly the phrase. Two things utterly surprised me about my experience in Silicon Valley: the unbelievable level and growth of TC, and its utter inadequacy/precarity next to the insatiable vacuum of a mortgage here.
