Gen Z struggles with job interviews. Can we blame them?

I always laugh thinking about this progress of humanity (due to obscene over-abundance), but I think he was spot on about where we are 'progressing' to.

- marklubi 3y agoHaving interviewed quite a few Gen-Z's coming out of coding camps, their unrealistic salary expectations are out of control. No, I'm not paying someone straight out of coding camp $200k, let alone $150k.
