Presumably a wait-and-see approach? No one buying an Apple Vision Pro doesn't already use these apps, so it's not like they're missing out on a huge new user base.
- jachee 3y agoYou don’t usually announce a wait-and-see approach. You just wait. This feels like a calculated, possibly coordinated attack.
- morkalork 3y agoCompanies declining to do free work for the benefit of another company's platform is not a "coordinated attack".
- jachee 3y agoCompanies announcing that they’re not going to do work, and actively doing work to hamper said platform (e.g. Netflix disabling the iPad app from working on the VisionPro) sure comes across that way.
