There are many other “general intelligences” walking the planet who _are_ extremely dangerous. So it doesn’t need all AGIs to be dangerous for this to be a significant problem, just one is enough.
- godelski 3y agoIdk, we have guns, knives, and fucking nuclear weapons. Humans are pretty dangerous. Very few creatures have weapons other than the ones god gave them. I'm not sure why all the responses here are just accepting of the claim when humans literally took control of an entire planet and routinely kill creatures that were designed to kill, with knives built into them. If you're not dangerous, it's because (thank god) you choose not to be.
