We live by illusions. At one point, it astounded me that someone actually got paid only for paying people. But things change. Buddhist sage Nichiren said that "One cannot get rich by counting someone else's money" but that's just what accountants and accounting firms make lots of money doing. Living from first principles is intense work. Imagining 110 volts warming up a filament was hard enough. I don't bother to think what's going on with an LED. I just turn the light on. Of course, being retired, "Time's but the stream I go a'fishing in" But I do show up (mostly) on "time" for the few appointments I have. The sunrise showed up this morning "on time" and I grabbed a raft of nice photos. The best part is quite a bit before the scheduled time, when clouds have a rosy glow, and you need a tripod for the long (time) exposures required. Cheers.
