It meets your #4 requirement, as to the others I don't have those myself so have never investigated if it supports them or not. But as it is open source, and available via F-Droid, and you can have multiple keyboards installed and switch via the shade pull-down anytime (the switch keyboard notification only shows for me while a keyboard is visible), give it a try and see if it works for you.
