That regulation seems completely irrelevant, PayPal charges much more than that in Europe.
- Someone 3y agoI don’t see how it’s irrelevant. The EU has said what they find reasonable for payment processing, and AFAIK nobody walked away, and Apple ‘gives’ more. Also, PayPal is more than a payment processor. It also is a broker (and, effectively, also a shop).
