As a dog owner, I kind of love it and - despite it being a totally flawed plan - I share the exasperation that clearly caused them to dream up the idea. It's so mind-bogglingly annoying treading in dog turd. Surely the dog owners who don't pick up their dogs poo have also experienced this and hated it? It's got to the point where I now pick up other dogs poos just because I know if I don't do it I will likely end up treading in it myself at some point
