- lifeisstillgood 3y agoI am kind of surprised by this because afaik, selling tickets in secondary sites is exactly what artists (well their management companies) actually do. Katy Perry famously revealed this about a decade ago in a court documents - her contract showed X% of tickets to be available to her for resale on secondary markets. So it seems a bit rich to prosecute for that - and frankly it would be my go to defence at trial
