I, for one, do not want to live in your new world. Further, I doubt that preventing AIs from literally stealing protected information will halt the rise of smarter AI. There is plenty of free use information out there that is LEGAL TO USE. Just curate your dataset to prevent the ILLEGAL use of other material.
