There was a study about 10 years ago which concluded that Fish Oil supplements were no more effective than their "control" substance. When I found out that the "control" substance was Olive Oil I became very suspicious of the study. I also feel suspicious when someone tells me "to stop wasting money" on something that is so inexpensive in relative terms.
