Can someone create a fact-check-ai bot that will literally follow everything any politicians say for factual claims as well as accountability and followup.
One of the things I am keen to find out, is for all the bills that are passed, which congress-folk and their families are clearly benefiting from investing oin the inside information they are privy to.
For example, Pelosi was voting on some bill that was affecting (i think it was boeing) (Pre-door-Plug-Gate) and her husband/son made a bunch of money off investing just prior to the bill being signed.
I am to make something that watches all of congress with the same fervor that Elon's flights are tracked :-)
- eimrine 3y agoIt is futile because how do you check Donald Trump? He just tells you that wherever he lies that means both lie for the sake of good and still keep being a less liar than the opposite side. An opposite side might be not only another candidate but also every single source of your oracle (from the web3 terminology). It is also useless because we are not choosing the candidate but just a bit better than opposite and this can not be determined by looking at the past without looking at the future.
- samstave 3y agoSure, but if you have the ability to track all their investments, then just follow their every investment - see how that plays out over a year. Problem is, that, with congress disclosures - do they have to do it after some time of the investment - or do they have to do the disclosure at the time of the investment?
- eimrine 3y agoHow to determine which information is a fact and which information is a someone's hallucination? How to determine that owner of the service has no interest in promoting/imposing some party over the others? Nobody will follow 10k investments, probably Google bans your IP if you will ask 10k queries per few days.
- samstave 3y agoJust saying that AI should be leveraged wherever possible to level the playing field across the board.
- eimrine 3y agoJust saying that allowing some dude's AI to game the field is not an option. The dude's goals might be opposite to your ones.
- samstave 3y agoMake a global political tracking AI which tracks ALL political investments. SUPER FN SIMPLE relatively these days... Surely this will be use to extortion asap - cant belive it hasnt already. Watch the nature in trading over time now that AI is in kindergarten.
