HR normally will say no, then you find another job and tell your manager that you are going to resign, manager talks to HR and HR gives you a small bump. Then you have to decide whether you stay or leave.
- BenFranklin100 3y agoHR is not the place to ask for a raise. Your manager is. The manager will then make the case to upper management. HR is the place you go to ask questions about your benefits package, not career path.
