AI is just a tool helping but you cannot prevent an artist from making a picture, or even a video, with the face and look of whoever we want. no more than you can prevent anyone from writing anything in paper. you can use copyright, trademark. you can try to send people to courts. but once it's out there, it will spread, the more you talk of it the more people will want to look at it and spread it more through the streisand effect. artists have an image, of course. but as technology goes on, this will be easier, and easier, and easier. the cat is out of the bag.
