Unfortunately, unless you also have a similar iq, the candidate will naturally seem unpleasant to you. Anyone would agree that they would not like to be around someone with an 80 iq. however for the same reason, namely differing values, attitudes, and thought processes those same people will not enjoy working with a 140 iq coworker.
