That means that Chinese manufacturing of semiconductors is UP by about 20%. At that rate of increase, Chinese semiconductor manufacturing should be self-sufficient in about 5-8 years. If you have funds invested in Western semiconductor manufacturing, I'd advise you to get that money out now before you lose the lot.
