- coprogram 3y agoI took a bite of ice directly off of a glacier in Greenland. It tasted like blood- either I cut my mouth on the sharp ice somehow, or it contains high mineral content. Should be fine in a drink. A bit gimmicky but the UAE will love it.
- applied_heat 3y agoI have seen people out early in the morning collecting glacier ice for that evenings cocktails in high end restaurants Neat idea but have never bothered myself
- jurassicfoxy 3y agoI love it. The ultimate in trickle-down economics. Sell renewable products at insane markups to rich idiots.
- hulitu 3y agoRenewable ? Maybe in the next glacial period. /s
- dingi 3y agoBut aren't those glaciers contain bacteria and viruses?
- hulitu 3y ago> But aren't those glaciers contain bacteria and viruses? Yes. But frozen for a thousand years, so harmless. /s

- euroderf 3y agoGreat plot device for a science fiction movie.
- iancmceachern 3y agoThis is what is wrong with the world all in one thing. The hubris of humankind astonishes me. We are getting what we deserve. So much effort and energy wasted, not for a drink. It's not a better drink. It's for ego. That ice is solidified ego. It's like the people that eat endangered animal meat.

- rabbits_2002 3y agoit keeps saying its green and safe for the environment but doesnt explain how lol
- sillywalk 3y agoIt's not green. The pitch was using empty ships that were going from Iceland to Denmark anyways.
