This is simply a stealth layoff so they don't have to trigger the California layoff announcement law.
- 0cf8612b2e1e 3y agoThis can’t be the first time a company has tried to have a layoff without calling it as such. I have to believe there is legal precedent that a forced relocation is the same as a layoff.
