1. Does the restriction of no law enforcement or military mean no government use, assuming the government user belongs to e.g. a state or country with law enforcement and military?
2. Does the license allow use by nonprofits that exploit their workers?
2.5 Is a nonprofit assumed to be defined the same way as the US tax authorities define it?
3. What about for-profit companies that are partly or mostly worker owned?
4. What exactly is a worker, for the purposes of the license? Is a worker that owns stock a worker? A pension? A 401K? Is a manager distinguished from a worker if both subsist primarily on salary or wages? Is a retiree who lives on capital a worker if they worked at one point? Are white collar workers "workers"?
