I think this begs the question, who is this and why are they posting so frequently?

- function_seven 3y agoWow. I found it on like the 3rd page, RTFA'd, and liked it so I upvoted it. Now I'm finding out my single upvote is mighty powerful :) I've also noticed Paul's frequency, but the articles usually seem interesting, so I think he's just good at finding good links to submit?
