Could ICs just sidestep this with an LLC or S-corp where they're the sole employee?
- gavinhoward 3y agoOP here. I have an LLC. I suspect that having one may weigh into the factors, but as the FAQ says, nothing is automatic.
- zonethundery 3y agosome large contracting firms will do corp-to-corp, but most of the clients still want a firewall between them and your alleged IC classification.
