- ProllyInfamous 3y ago>And card-toting drivers didn’t learn from their mistakes — why would they? — so Bianchi found himself pulling over the same people three, four, even five times. Bianchi stopped one teenager about a dozen times; he got so familiar with the family that the kid’s father began sending him holiday greetings. (The kid is now a police officer.) "Show me the incentives, and I'll show you the outcome." —RIP Charlie Munger ---- One of the most-infamous memories I have of a GF from NYC is from her in-city friendship with "The Guy that became a NYPD Officer" — I remember this kid bragging about "going 100mph through mid-town intersections just because I can." About a month after this Officer's comment, one of his brothers killed a few kids by T-Boning them at similar excessive speed [when they had R.O.W. — officer didn't even bother turning on his siren]. The ex-GF's cop friend was the most wreckless, braggart, pervert of all her friends. Hope he either "grew up" [doubtful] or found another career [also, doubtful].
