This is a negative sum game - to stand out, I embellish my resume, so now you have to do the same and we're back on square 1 but the efforts are spent. Do we want to turn job seeking into a contest of resume designers? Do we have a feedback from the employers who are supposedly interested in best employees, not the best to pass interviews?
