How does TikTok get away with obvious copyright infringement?
It seems like every third TikTok video is a re-upload of Family Guy or a movie split into 75 chunks.
How are they not being sued to oblivion when Youtube had to implement the very strict Content ID?
- whycome 3y agoAnswer: China? Other answer: Companies are kinda seeing how it goes? It's like one giant test bed for alternative distribution methods. It turns out that theres a major section of the population that really wants to consume content in that format.
