Right how, software is seen as truth. This is simply not always the case. I’m happy ai is getting a lot of attention, as people seem to be more aware that its judgement can be wrong. What is needed is the requirement that software decisions must disclose their data and decisions path/ “algorithm” in court. Another thing we need laws for is banning a person from using a system. It’s insane that you can be banned for life without recourse or explanation. It’s basically you being thrown in jail for life without reason.
