- pmontra 3y agoDon't everybody use the government to do what they want? It's kind of the definition of government, in any country and in any political system.
- apapapa 3y agoMostly the people with the money do
- pmontra 3y agoThe people in the government do it. Of course they could be proxies for people with the money but sometimes they do it for free because it's what they promised, what they believe into and what they need to win the next election (if they live in a country with elections.)
