Someone will make the AI equivalent of https://web3isgoinggreat.com/ https://web3isgoinggreat.com/. Since AI is admittedly not pure hype but has some real successes (and because it can't be measured in $ like crypto), I'd like it to have 2 columns, "successes" and "failures". Articles where a company announces a plans to use AI, company replaces workers with AI, or there is some rumor will be in the center. Articles where AI works as intended will be in the left, whether positive (e.g. AI short video wins an award) or negative (e.g. company reports record profit year after replacing workers with AI). And articles documenting AI failures like this, as well as AI scams, will be on the right. Those derived from the center articles will also be connected somehow. Even if AI meets its grandest expectations, surpassing human intelligence and becoming the most transformative technology in this century if not millennium...I expect a lot more AI startup failures like this, from people who move too fast without really grasping what transformer models are and what they do.
