To be fair, the water used for dilution has orders of magnitude more of stuff already dissolved in it, if only from the person breathing on it.
- dylan604 3y agoSurely, you're not implying that someone making a snake oil would be doing so in a non-sterile environment without any kind good manufacturing practices being used. These things seem so trust worthy. I mean, even the government feels they need no regulations because they do it so well themselves.
- angiosperm 3y agoTo be fair, most probably don't actually bother with the original solute, and instead sell straight-up distilled water. Or just tap water.
