Kind of helps if you say who "WE" are -- had to look at the sidebar to see who you were. Maybe a link to your careers, with a better understanding of an expectation of how to use GPT in an interview - like an example of a successful scenario? Give a sample question, and say "Using any GPT of your choice - how would you leverage it to help you solve [this problem]... Just saying that your interviews are GPT "op-en-book" is cool, but thats the same as saying "its ok to browse Stack Exchange or google answers to your interview questions" -- but if you look at HOW they use the GPT tools at their disposal to solve whatever problem is more important.
