I took a balloon flight recently. There was a ground crew of two cars chasing the balloon to get us landed, or “fished down”. The ground crew must move with the balloon which makes military applications less appealing.
- voakbasda 3y agoOnly if you want to recover or reuse the balloon. I can imagine most military missions would simply crash land and abandon it.
