Imagine reading HN on this thing. Voice chat with your computer is possibly the worst input method. UIs exist for a reason. Clicking a few buttons is much faster than a conversation. The future of computing doesn't look like a bot that's automating some website UI actions. A legal aside: if an airline wants to make a sucky UI because its trying to upsell, should it be legal to allow users to skip over it? Is a company's website any different to their physical storefront?
