This is not where the mainstream is heading. Content like that is illegal to store in some jurisdictions, handling it invokes GDPR issues, no one in their right mind would touch it with a long stick. LAION case is a good recent example. This could be a reasonable business for a company in the countries where it is not illegal to moderate content like that.
