I think it made a valid commentary about how silly the parent comment was. You almost certainly just become completely desensitized to genitalia pretty quickly. There’s nothing innately terrible or scarring about human anatomy, the taboo is purely cultural. Some basic exposure and you get used to seeing them. Just becomes like seeing a foot or an arm. I think that’s the point being made though a little more glibly.
