Boeing's competitors seem to be doing just fine. Rather, this is a clear case of poor management leading to a degraded engineering culture.
- alkonaut 3y agoBoeing just has one big competitor in the civiiian space and it would be really interesting to know what management and organizational differences exist. Because Airbus is known to be pretty complex too in terms of manufacturing in different sites with staff speaking a dozen languages and so on. Are they doing the same thing better or something fundamentally different (such as outsourcing merely distributing work among their own facilities)?
