NASA astronomers detect high-energy 'signal' from outside our galaxy
- dsq 3y agoI dont know if the term signal is appropriate here, as I understand it. A signal implies communication, transferring information. Is the sound of thunder a 'signal'? EDIT: I read up a little and it seems a signal does not imply conscious intent on both sides, so yes, natural phenomena can signal.
