I live in Sweden and work remote. I’m actually thinking about moving somewhere else. but my top concern is taxes, which doesn’t seem to included in this comparison.
- herbst 3y agoMy exact thought. They call Switzerland expensive but depending on what remote work means you pay less taxes than in nearly any other country making the slightly higher prices irrelevant. The main reason I can't simply move anywhere i want to is because I would effectively earn less in most cases while increasing burocracy overhead for entrepreneurship.
