Are you a Boeing stock owner? The buzz is deserved because 20 documented, serious deficiencies in the 737 MAX have escaped widespread press. Furthermore, few people are aware of the 737 NG Ducommun scandal. The rot at Boeing stretches back to the 90's.

They do get tracked, of course, and if you look at that you'll find that every manufacturer is well represented. I have no appreciation for emotional clickbait outrage news and I hate to see it on Hacker News. I'd like our community to hold itself to higher standards.
