Is it just me or is this a completely ludicrous position? And under IEEE’s name? Data breaches happen at the largest and best protected holders of data. How on earth can the author expect, then, closed AI to remain so forever? This just seems like such an absurd take but I’d gladly hear how reasonable minds differ.
