As some commenters have pointed out , firing for "performance" reasons looks like an excuse not to pay severance (but it might depend on local laws).
- kappuchino 3y agoThats classical reframing, because unchallenged it will haunt them for hiring. POV:I would rather drive a cab or serve fries than providing my time/ideas for such a company.
