- billbrown 3y agoI've read Marcus Aurelius, Epictetus, and Seneca and found them refreshing. They're just not as coherent as her philosophy.

- marmakoide 3y agoAyn Rand is teenage fantasy you are supposed to grow out as soon as you start to engage into adult life, working, develop romantic relationships, etc.
- billbrown 3y agoAnd yet it's proven invaluable in each of those areas for the 30 years after. It's clear your knowledge of Objectivism is akin to thinking you understand Stoicism from reading the dictionary definition.
